Please let us know at least 24 hrs before scheduled appointment and allow others to get in if you'd like to cancel or reschedule.

Please be on time.
If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible.
If you happen to be running 15-20 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your full service. In this case, we will offer a short service time (this will result in less lashes being applied) or the option to reschedule your/your appointment will be canceled.

No caffeine, as this can cause fluttering and twisting of eyes. This could lead to discomfit from the adhesive.
Mascara and strip lashes are strictly forbidden from using on eyelash extensions. Strip lash glue or mascara will result in removal.
Please remove your eye makeup before your appointment. If you're unable to, we will remove it but the time spent on removal will be deducted from your appointment time resulting in less lashes being applied.
Contact lens must be removed prior to appointment.
No kids/friends/extra guests or family is allowed during service.
Please turn your phone off or on vibrate.
Be prepared to lay down with your eys very still for 1.5 hours for the first appointment.

No water, sweat or stem for the first 24hrs.
Water based / oil free makeup removers should be used.
No gel pencil liners because they tend to be oily.
Avoid sunscreen, especially spray sunscreen around your eyes.
Cleaning your lashes daily help retention and prevents bacteria from dirt, oils and makeup build up on your lashes.
Sleep on your back.
No mascara.
Do not rub or pull your lases.
Brushing your lashes help fluff your lashes out.
Refill are required every 2-3 weeks.

Your should be coming in for fills with no less than 40% missing. Anything less will be considered a full set.
Fills done by another shop, a removal and a new set will be required depending on the condition of the lashes the previous lash tech applied. Please let me know ahead of time that you need a removal.
Refill must be booked every 2-3 weeks.
